I am going to tell your father, that you called him an aging skateboarder! Sarcasm is an art form. It can even be interpreted as kindness in disguise.

Love this piece. There’s such a deep intuition from those who have spent their life listening to their souls

You are so right about that Charley, so absolutely right. It is what drives these individuals and drives all of us and search of what we love and want to do for all time.

I’m trying some of them! This one I re-read and I had a better idea of what I was trying to say this time around.

Zan sent me here. I am of a skateboarder of more then twenty years and your right in that Mullen is skateboarders favourite skateboarder. I really enjoyed this piece, you captured the powerful and motivating presence that Mullen emits beautifully, and you grounded it in your dads experience in a lovely way. Bravo :)

Amazing acknowledgement of your dad. "He’s always connected to the immediacy and importance of his work, and how it fits into the world." I'd say that is a rather profound demonstration of human potential. And a beautiful way to say it. Who wouldn't want that? And you're so lucky to have it had shown to you up close.
